Founded in 2008

Premium Legal first opened its doors in early 2008, after our founder saw a great need for people needing legal help, but realized that they couldn't pay high attorney fees and retainers.

Our main office opened in downtown Modesto. We became very busy, in a rather short period of time. The referrals started coming in from clients that we would help. Today, we no longer have to pay the high costs of yellow page advertising, because our referrals keep us very busy. Keeping our overhead low, keeps your prices low.

Premium Legal is dedicated to serving our community by providing low cost legal help that everyone can afford. We have flexible payment plans and do our best to work with everyone's financial situation. Our staff considers it a privilege to be able to make a difference in our local communities.

Today, Premium Legal is comprised of a half dozen paralegals, four staff attorneys, and three notaries public. We look forward to meeting you and helping you with your legal documents!
